COVID-19: How AOD is managing at this time.
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, I want you to know that at AOD we are monitoring all relevant information from the government and public health officials at the Provincial and Federal levels to help us assess, plan and act in this situation.
AOD is doing everything we can to support you through this difficult time and I can assure you that we are taking added precautions to keep our clients and employees safe. This is our number one priority. At our office, we’ve increased the frequency of cleaning with frequent disinfection of frequently touched surfaces in our waiting areas, assessment/fitting rooms and washrooms. We are also limiting the number of visits to our facility.
We also know that life must go on and that means you may still need direct access to a clinician perhaps for crucial fittings or for urgent adjustments/repairs. While our facility is fully operational, we are however asking our clients to contact us by phone or email prior to any visits to our facility. You’ve put your trust in AOD, and we remain committed to you throughout this situation.
